Golfers and Padel players will not receive a lunch voucher, as lunch will be included in the activity.

Airport Transfers

We are offering delegates a return shuttle transfer service from Lanseria and OR Tambo airport to Sun City. The cost per person, per return trip will be R970. A separate invoice will be issued for transfers as soon as you confirm this service. Transfer payments are non-refundable, based on contractual agreements with our vendor.

Departure from the airport is aligned to the 51 Club National Convention registration timing. Shuttles will depart promptly at 09:00 on Friday, 23 October. Departure from Sun City will be at 11:00 on Sunday, 25 October. Transfer costs will be for your own account.
